MAC at Mototagliatella 2010

First of all what's "tagliatella"?
It's a thin ribbon of homemade "pasta" about an inch wide which is normally served with "ragù" - a meat sauce - but can be served with other tasty sauces based on vegetables or even cheese.
Bikes and tagliatella a perfect match !! (there could be a third ingredient ...... and there was plenty of it but better skip that for now)
Thanks a lot to the sunny weather, something that lately we thought was lost in memory!

There were some twenty bikes when we met in Bellaria and left towards Predappio, riding along winding backroads among winyards and rolling hills.
Of course we had our usual stops at gas stations: there's always someone who forgot to fill the tank before leaving, you know that, don't you?
The moment we got there we felt right on the spot the warm happy mood so typical in this region whenever there are bikers gathering no matter what kind of bike they ride on.
We didn't need much looking around to find the stalls where they served tagliatella and generous red wine and it wasn't long before we sat at table enjoying the food.
Then a leisurely stroll around the various stands offering the usual wide selection of gadgets for bikers and some time to take a look at the bikes parked everywhere in the town centre. After that we were ready to take the way back home having had a real good day of fun and enjoyment, things you'll never miss at MAC!
